Messed up the drink and had to remake it. The girl helping my mom was rude beyond measure and when I told her she works in customer service so answering questions is part of the job, she rolled her eyes. I'm from Seattle and that level of customer service would get them shut down!
Nani was our barista today and I was severely disappointed. She was serving the customer infront of us and was very kind and helpful towards him. When my mom and I went to order our drinks Nani was extremely snappy and rude. When we tried to use our star points for our drinks, she declined it and wouldn’t let us use our stars. Everyone else was super sweet, but I will not be returning to this location.

Rude Employees- they don’t say hello, thank you, good morning or good bye! I order 4 drinks, $30 give $5 tip and all the drinks were “off” e.g. full of ice when I ask for light ice, o say hello and good morning and 3 workers on their cell phone never even say hello. Just spend your mainland money at another shop. They really disappoint, I can’t get over the rude and mess drink and can’t say hello. I placed a mobile order 25-30 minutes in advance so I could quickly pick it up and get to work on time. When I arrived 25 minutes later, my order still wasn't ready and I had to wait, making me late to work. What was especially disappointing was that there didn't seem to be much sense of urgency from the staff even though several mobile orders were clearly backed up.
