DONT USE THE APP TO ORDER here! This store requires a ten minute wait if you use the app to order. Per the manager they now require you to wait for the notification saying your order is ready before they will serve you. There is no posted sign or notification anywhere about this new policy and I was the only car in the drive-thru when this occurred. (Would they not have had to make my drink anyway?!) The location is not the best. Too many cars passing through
This store DOES NOT deserve any stars!!!!!! We ordered our drinks through the mobile app and decided to walk to pick it up however, when we got to the store, they closed the lobby and could only go on their drive thru!!!!!! Since we didn’t have a car, we had to stand at the window by foot along with the cars on the drive thru!!!!! I understand that the store is understaffed but it is rude to close the lobby when people with NO car had to stand by their drive thru window to pick up their drinks!! Location was closed for remodeling and they were able to still accommodate me and my order that was placed at another location by accident. The manager or district manager came out, gave me my coffees and they were so incredibly kind and accommodating.
