Light ice in a Trenta cup…. I mentioned it and she said it was light ice lol. Service was great but paying as much as we do and having 75% of the cup ice is robbery. Colored hair woman was my personal of contact
They denied my sister who had been walking outside a cup of water in 90° heat - she had no money. That's not even sloppy service, it's actually disgusting behavior.
My daughter and a friend were walking today in some extreme heat. My daughter started feeling sick and they were walking by starbucks, so they went in and asked for a cup of water. The girl working refused water unless they bought something. They didn't have money so they walked to a nearby competitor - who gave them a cup of water. Extremely disappointing service.
