I would have given a higher rating if it weren’t for the poor customer service of Chris :( however, everyone else was great
Around 4:30 PM, I stopped by this Starbucks and asked for a cup of ice. I was told I needed to be a paying customer, which I completely understand. I even offered to pay for the cup of ice, but I was denied and told I could buy a coffee if I wanted the cup. Is this really how customers are treated? I explained that I had already made two purchases earlier that morning and offered to show my receipt. Worst Starbucks ever. 6 staffs in the store and finally someone took my order after standing there for at least 5 minutes. Not organized at all.
I love coming every other week for a coffee and croissant before work, the staff is very nice and friendly~~
