Over the past five visits at this location, every time I order normal hot coffee (not a blended or a pink drink), the coffee is poured by the automated machine and the employees then forget about it, allowing it to go cold. I have to prompt them to finish making my drink every time. And it's cold, almost every time. Once the server offered to remake it for me which was nice.
Love this Starbucks! Very friendly staff and my drinks are always perfect! Reyna and Hillary are my barista rockstars only complaint is the music can be a little loud at times
