Orders are placed without names, and I notice many people waiting in the pickup area unsure which items are theirs. The absence of names and insufficient staffing generate confusion. The staff appears disorganized, and I feel sympathy for the owner who invested a great deal of money in this Starbucks.

I had a very bad experience here 8/29/26 with the cashier in the morning. I asked for a refresher and it came out too sweet for my liking. I asked for the drink to be remade, and the cashier seemed sweet at first. She took my drink to the back, behind closed doors and “remade” my drink. This was weird to me, since I always see drinks made in front, where customers can see the baristas make their drink. She came out with my drink, and I thanked her.
