I frequent this location a lot mostly because it’s the only one around. I’d say 8/10 times it’s a great experience! I can always tell when my drink is going to be made right and made with love just by seeing who’s making it. And that’s not a dig on the other baristas there’s just one in particular that I can tell loves what she’s doing and puts that love into my drink. Some of the supervisors here are genuinely great, but when they're on break, oh boy. I truly wish the staff who worked here treated this like an actual job and not just social hour. Incorrect bar drinks every time I've ordered, three baristas standing around the cash telling me that I can only load money into my card through the app, and an apparent absence of allergen/cross contamination training. I would like a latte (which yes, barista making my drink, DOES indeed include espresso!) and not a trip to the hospital.

The staff who helped me were wonderful. It was early in the morning and they were cheerful and pleasant. A nice way to start the day!
