Quick and easy, always have mobile orders ready to go with nice little messages on them. Really polite staff and conveniently located

Just this morning at approx 10 am, ordered 2 coffee ( venti) and 1 hot chocolate, also venti. Hot chocolate was lacking chocolate?? Other 2 coffee based drinks didn't have coffee, they were just hot milk and syrup. Unacceptable. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. I totally Undestand that it takes time for new people to learn, but they needed some supervision. Not sure I'll return, spending +++ money on a special drink once in a while, should be sure you get what you ordered.
