Unfortunately, this was our first bad experience at Starbucks. The young man who took our order was very rude and unprofessional. He gave us our drinks without straws and immediately continued taking the next car’s order. We ordered Caramel Frappuccinos, so we obviously needed straws. very rude. made me feel stupid. it was a man with glasses. he was very hard headed. he then went to gossip with the other employees on the floor. i came at 641pm on july 8th. do better.
