I made a purchase yesterday for iced Matcha. I received a hot Matcha instead they told me to wait while they make the iced Matcha. It was so pale and disgusting. I was already late for work because I had to wait for them to make the correction. I went on the app. Told the representative what transpired they told me go into the store to get a refund. Not doing that the employees should know how to make listen and make the right drinks. I refuse to go back or to any Starbucks anymore!
Overall, Starbucks is a place where hard work is recognized, efforts are appreciated, and potential is nurtured. I’m proud to be a part of this incredible team and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a dynamic, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace.
Atosha is horrible person sucks at customer service
Aiden is the best Starbucks employee that I’ve ever encountered. He was very kind, welcoming, and polite. He will go far with his attitude. Any place is lucky to have him. There was one other person who was slightly standoffish. I hope their bad day gets better because they seemed sour and I feel very sour for them. Thank you, Aidan for your excellent service and greetings!
The rain was starting to DROWN us so we ran into this Starbucks. We ordered some matcha to pass the time and Toma was OUTSTANDING with her service. She greeted us like friends in her home and we instantly smiled and relaxed. She even gave us a little cup to share the Venti matcha with. People like her are so rare, 10/10 Starbucks!!
