went on Saturday morning ordered a drink and a pupcup. tapped with my card, the girl in drive thru asked if I could tap again as it didnt go thru. when I got home checked my banking and I was charged twice. went back at noon , and went into the store, explained to the girl inside, she said it takes 24 hrs fir payment to return to my card, I explained what happened, I tapped twice it wasn't a refund, how does payment return to my account. she took my name and said wait 25 hrs....seriously starbucks how often does this happen,... read more
A nice place to enjoy a coffee with friends. The staff brought us espresso shots and coffee cake to "try". Amazing service
Bad
I visited this location twice, and my experience was terrible. I thought Tim Hortons was bad, but I can give Tim Hortons 5 stars compared to this location. There is absolutely zero customer service at this place. I was never greeted and welcomed, and there was never a smile on their faces. The staff definitely needs training. I know Starbucks very well and this is not how Starbucks is meant to be. The Spring Garden location is better. I will never revisit this location. Thanks
