Terrible location.
I went to Starbucks with my service dog. I paid for a drink for myself and tipped. I also bought my dog egg bites and a pup cup. I proceeded to give her the food that I bought for her as I have many times in many different instances- at work, in public, or at a commercial establishment. I was approached by the manager that told me that I was not able to bring in water or food for my dog and that if I wanted to give my service dog nourishment, I would have to remove myself from the store. This Starbucks was great. The place was clean and had a really nice vibe. My coffee came out exactly how I like it perfect temperature, great taste, and just the right balance. What really stood out to me was how friendly the staff was. Everyone was super welcoming and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, which made the visit even better. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations, but the quality of the coffee here seemed a step above. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This is my favorite Starbucks location to go to. They are the best in consistent quality!
We’re here from Kentucky for Oddities and Curiosities Expo at McCormick Place. We’ve hit this Starbucks several days in a row. The bathrooms are spotless, the people are amazing and super friendly. The coffee drinks are on point and the food is great! Really happy with our experience here, hope y’all are too
