My experience was very unpleasant today. I usually get soy latte no foam or very little foam. I ordered my drink and sandwich. When I got my coffee the cup was half empty and lots of foam. I only asked if I can get more milk! Thats all I said and Ajai gave me a weird look like I said something very terrible. And then I stated that I asked little foam or no foam at all!
