Very good service and very clean bathroom
Starbucks’ designs are always innovative. At this location on 40th Street, hand-drawn illustrations are used to depict the history of coffee and the Starbucks story.
The service at this store was appalling. I visited it on 8.27.25 around 9:30am and after placing an in store order, waited 15 minutes for two drip coffees and sausage bites. I’d likely still be waiting had I not started asking for my order at the 10 minute mark. The cashier was too busy rearranging the food in the display cases to assist me so I had to interrupt him. Usually this location's afternoon staff is amazing very welcoming and professional. However, this afternoon the service was noticeably different. The staff member serving the drinks around 12pm seemed less engaged with people of color and didn’t offer straws to us the way he did with his same demographic.
