The barista this morning was apparently annoyed by my customization, of no water and no foam, only half filled my venti. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Make order super slow. Late order pickup 20 min.when I order , come inside pick up. Only me wait inside but the man only make order drive-thru. Keep me wait . He never ask me what I need. I wait herr around 20min and come ask him. After that he star make my order.
I went to my local Starbucks for my normal White Mocha. The service is is always great!
My mobile order is consistently wrong. The opening crew clearly doesn’t read customization notes.
