The staff remembers the names of the patrons and are always so friendly. I often order via the mobile app. The staff offered me a free tasting of the cherry chia cold foam which was YUMMOLA! It’s my new go to order. The friendly and positive staff at this location, make my days at Shirley Ryan supporting my husband even brighter, more positive, and better.

You cannot order ahead with the Starbucks card, you have to have a gift card to order ahead. When I showed up and ordered in person; The woman taking my order seemed like she did not want to help me. She put in my order and I scanned for points; I went to tap and she continued to say “you’re messing up my system, don’t pull your phone back” I tried 3 times and let her know “I don’t think it’s me messing up your system; I can just insert my physical card”.
