You cannot order ahead with the Starbucks card, you have to have a gift card to order ahead. When I showed up and ordered in person; The woman taking my order seemed like she did not want to help me. She put in my order and I scanned for points; I went to tap and she continued to say “you’re messing up my system, don’t pull your phone back” I tried 3 times and let her know “I don’t think it’s me messing up your system; I can just insert my physical card”. The staff here is always so sweet and make my day! Never had an issue with an order in 3 years.
Service is so bad, mainly if you want to it delivered, which I would highly advise against. Normally I can wait for a 10-20 min delay, but it’s getting ridiculous. 1 full hour after ordering to fulfill an order of 3 drinks?
Made a very bad Strawberry Açaí; and one was the wrong size 😕😕 Especially sucks when it’s hot out like today.
