Horrible customer service and rude employees
the employees were very nice and friendly and it was clean and quick but the coffee was quite bland and the tomato mozzarella sandwich had no tomato on it so my lunch was just cheese and pesto on bread
I’ve been going to Starbucks for years and have never experienced an interaction with an employee quite like this one. Unfortunately, the customer service I received during this visit was extremely disappointing. The employee was rude and aggressive from the moment she took my order. Throughout the interaction, she consistently had an attitude, spoke to me in an unnecessarily aggressive manner, and repeatedly rolled her eyes. Sorry but the coffee wasn't tasted good.
Worst costumer service. I saw the employee put her fingers inside cleanup while making drinks for other customers, including my drink. I asked her to make my daughter smoothie with extra eyes so it would not melt quickly and she refused to do it because she said they were privately owned and that I had to go to a corporate Starbucks in order to get that recipe change.
