Management needs to go over customer service and order processing with Ash. Order was incorrect and made with water and not lemonade. Requested the correct order to receive eye rolls. She then just added a little bit of lemonade to the correct order and put it back out. Requested again that it be redone correctly and she instead talks back. Finally takes it to corrects the and stands there making comments and eye rolling. Unacceptable.
I order mango dragon fruit blend ( thought maybe it be smoothie) I was nasty with some white stuff on top and the juice was very light wish I could post the picture
I had a very disappointing experience on a Sunday morning. No one is smiling or happy. I had to wait at the counter to order and left a nice tip. Not so much as a smile or thank you. It took over 15 minutes to pick up two coffees. I finally asked about my order. A young barista said there was a miscommunication handed me the drinks and walked away.
I came thru the drive thru and put in an order for one drink I ordered 6 scoops of matcha and the girl on the other end must have mid heard and I didn’t realize until I was handed mocha drizzle in my matcha I asked them to remake it and they kindly did. Which is great I have nothing to complain about their attitude but when they took it back to remake it they must have not looked at the instructions on the sticker I had asked for light ice and extra cold foam with 6 scoops of matcha. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks in Southlake since I moved to the area in late December 2020, and I’m going to be real—this place has fallen off hard. What used to be a simple, reliable stop has turned into a low-energy, attitude-filled experience that’s not worth the time anymore. My most recent visit was the tipping point.
