I’ve been coming to this Starbucks in Southlake since I moved to the area in late December 2020, and I’m going to be real—this place has fallen off hard. Came through the drive thru to get me and my son a water and they won’t give me one without making a purchase. I have diabetes there’s nothing I could buy from here and my son is 3. If it’s that big of a deal charge me $1 for a water or something don’t tell me I can’t have one.
I have come to this Starbucks frequently over the last few months and am constantly disappointed at the service. Almost daily I end up having go wait 10-20 (not an exaltation, I waited 23 minutes past my already 15 minute order time) minutes past my order time (I order on the app and it tells you when your order should be ready usually a 5-10 minute window of time).
