By far my favorite Starbucks in the city and surrounding suburbs! Drinks are consistently good, even during the morning rush. Regular, familiar staff elevate the experience and they always give top notch customer service. Kudos to the entire team, especially to the 1st shift workers!
you have to wait until they finish talking before they get your order March 19,2025: If you’re unhappy about refilling a drink, just say so. I waited 10 minutes for my iced coffee refill, and no one seemed to care about my order until I finally asked. When I inquired about the delay, Zara — who took my order — responded unprofessionally, claiming the issue was the ice left in my cup from my previous drink, which I had also purchased from their store. One of my favorite places to study during my undergraduate in Chicago in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. Right around the corner from my condo at 530 N Lakeshore Drive and great proximity to Michigan Ave, the MCA, Lakeshore Drive etc. So many great memories.
Cute little spot. The service is usually great.
Coffee is nice. Milk is disgusting. Starbucks milk always has a bad after taste like it has been over heated multiple times. And it’s a rip off and then they ask for a tip. Here’s a tip. Don’t use off milk.
