I have been here multiple times and have had mediocre service. However today, Austin made my day. Lol, it’s crazy how you’re ready to pay and want to enjoy your food based on how your service is. Although I have frequented this Starbucks for a number of years, I have not been compelled to pen a review of the specific location at Southlake Blvd. and Davis Blvd. until now. In particular, I would like to call out the excellent customer service provided by Naiha. For some time, I have used Starbucks' Espresso Dark Roast to make perfect iced lattes at home. Literally the BEST Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. Addie, Rhonda and the team are awesome!! They care about their customers and are personable, the staff is super friendly and they are fast!! 👊
