I came in to get water for my disabled wife, it was an emergency and they refused to give me a simple cup of water. They said it’s for customers only. I am ashamed to say I used to be a proud partner of this company.
Absolutely loved my stay at The Frederick Hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. Having a Starbucks nearby made mornings super convenient. Highly recommend!
I stopped by last night with my son. The atmosphere and the employees were warm, kind, and they took care of us quickly. My child and I stood for 20 minutes once we received our drinks and spent some quality time together at this location. Overall, we had great experience, quick service, kind workers, and the entire coffee shop was so well organized.
