Nice Starbucks, friendly staff.
I JUST witnessed an employee refuse to give two customers a cup for water unless they made a purchase—when water is supposed to be free. On top of that, he was extremely rude. This policy (if it even is one) makes no sense, and the attitude was unnecessary. Disappointing experience!
The ppl here are chillers, I’ve genuinely never had a bad experience ever and I’ve been coming here since last August 😸
