everyone was so kind and welcoming so early
I ordered a plain Americano on the mobile app and waited for about half an hour for them to completely mess it up. It's ridiculous to pay 6 bucks for a coffee and wait that long and have the service be so nonchalant about how long a customer has to wait to get a drink.
Rosa was unbelievably rude when I asked for the bathroom code for my girlfriend after purchasing a drink. She snapped, acted irritated, and made me feel like I was asking for a favor instead of using a service I paid for. When I politely asked her to repeat the code, she repeated it with attitude and eye-rolling, which was completely unprofessional. The coffee was fine, but the experience was ruined by her unnecessary hostility — there’s no excuse for treating customers that way.
