“Hi, the service at this location is always friendly and helpful, and you do a great job. However, if I pay for a size 20, I expect to receive that, not a tall in a 20 oz cup.

That Nathan guy is top tier! He has a great smile. And Jervonta makes excellent brewed coffee it's always fresh, how DOES he do it?! 10/10!
