The staff are very friendly and clearly working hard. However, this location is under-resourced and not equipped to handle the volume of people that come through at peak times. Despite ordering ahead and being quoted a timeframe in the app, I've had to abandon an order and had an order stolen because of the wait times.
I have been ordering and working at Merchandise mart for a while now and the team here is great! They make the drinks very well and have an upbeat atmosphere that is very welcoming! Thank you!!

I get coffee here three days a week — the staff is great, always friendly, and they have it ready on time, which I appreciate. The place has a nice vibe overall. But honestly, for $9 a cup, I expect my coffee to be full. It’s consistently not, and that’s disappointing. With prices this high, the least I expect is a full cup. Hope this gets addressed.
