That Nathan guy is top tier! He has a great smile. And Jervonta makes excellent brewed coffee it's always fresh, how DOES he do it?! 10/10!
The staff are very friendly and clearly working hard. However, this location is under-resourced and not equipped to handle the volume of people that come through at peak times. Despite ordering ahead and being quoted a timeframe in the app, I've had to abandon an order and had an order stolen because of the wait times.
I have been ordering and working at Merchandise mart for a while now and the team here is great! They make the drinks very well and have an upbeat atmosphere that is very welcoming! Thank you!!
