Very Disappointing Customer Service at 66th & Amsterdam I come to this Starbucks every day—sometimes more than once a day—for my latte. Today, October 3rd at around 10:23am, after finishing my drink, I simply requested a cup of water. Instead of assisting, I was told I had to go back through the line and “order” it.
