Customer service not that good. The fact that each response says to resubmit feedback to their website instead of responding directly speaks volumes...if you're here in NYC, why drink Starbucks...much better options
I just want to shout out Sam who works so hard every day! Every time I stop by, he is hustling behind the counter, making drinks perfectly and always with a positive attitude. He really cares about getting orders right & makes me feel welcome!
