Apparently you can’t get water here?
Starbucks used to be a place you could read a book for hours, occasionally buying drinks, but now the staff have been instructed to harass you if you are not constantly making purchases. At this store in particular, you can barely sit two minutes without being asked to buy something or leave. The death of yet another third place will ultimately be a disaster for their company, but I am glad it’ll benefit the current CEO’s bonus packet in the meantime.
horrible bathroom experience, would give 0, Lady was training someone, asked for bathroom, only for customers. Ok so I bought a drink, I got the code and the bathroom was not working for ten minutes. Couldn’t tell if they lock it on purpose or if someone was using it and was having the worst time of their life in there. Didn’t tell us that there was a bathroom downstairs until we waited for at least twenty minutes. Mind you, we needed it urgently. :/ I don’t know why we need to pay to use a bathroom….
