While the barristas are friendly and engaged, the prices are astronomically high. I paid $18 for two tall lattes and they charge $1 per cup for water!!
I bought a small caramel macchiato and paid $10.50 (very expensive) and they didn't give me a full on😬😬😬
Waited over 45 minutes for my order and it was wrong. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs
I ordered 2 Grande drinks and was given just one and it was the wrong drink. The correct drink was written on the cup. When I complained, they threw the drink away, and proceeded to make me just one drink, again. When I mentioned that it was two, they ignored me. Come to this Starbucks if you want to be disappointed.
