Came here the other day to pick up an order but i had stupidly sent it to another location. I know it’s almost guaranteed that they’ll honor it when you do that, but Chris was so incredibly nice about it and helped me out immediately. I also appreciated that he proactively asked me my name to check on my order after seeing me stand there for a few moments.
I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks today thanks to Juan and Chris! They greeted me with warm smiles and made my visit extra special. Juan was incredibly attentive, ensuring I got my favorite drink just the way I like it, and Chris's friendly attitude made the atmosphere welcoming. Their combination of professionalism and kindness truly stands out. I highly recommend requesting them if you visit — they’ll make your day brighter! ☕
Genuinely friendly staff who brightens the day of everyone who stops by their shop. Always going above and beyond to assist the guests however needed. Not just another cookie cutter Starbucks… the staff at 67th & Columbus make their Starbucks Pick Up location a warm and welcoming corner stone of our community.
