Very disappointed at last visit and the service I received. I placed a mobile order at 3:17 p.m. and the app stated order would be ready at 3:22 p.m. I walked in right around the pick up time and within a minute the cashier placed my food order in front of me. I was still waiting for my iced tea, not a complicated drink just a plain iced tea. I continued to wait and it got to be 5 minutes past the promised time so I asked if my mobile order had been lost.
