It's my understanding that you're closing your store at 81st St. and Broadway in Manhattan. This is a totally misguided idea. The store is located in the midst of many other popular locations (e.g. Zabars, Staples) and is frequented by many people, who ultimately walk out without buying anything because you don't have enough places to sit. Perhaps you're losing money because of this. One of your senior executives should visit the store and see what I'm talking about. It's a shame you're closing this store
This has been an exceptional Starbucks location for quite a while now. The staff at this place is so great. Friendly and welcoming. Such warm human beings. But just a few moments ago I read that this location is going to be closed. Could that be true? I hope not, because these folks make it really special.
NYC Health Code: only service dogs are permitted inside food establishments. This is a citywide rule — baristas don’t get to override it, even if they want to be friendly.
Came in for a coffee after my run and made friends with some of the nicest baristas ive ever met who made me a custom drink after I boofed my own order
