Usually order a pretty complicated drink, but the barista working the drive thru was super sweet and reassured me that it was no problem at all!
Regarding Shelly, she didn't appear particularly welcoming during my visit. She seemed to be in some discomfort or distress. Despite that, I really enjoy shopping at this store because everyone else is friendly and helpful. Occasionally, I notice her at the window, and her smile seems to fade when she sees me. I’ve observed her on her phone while waiting for my order. Perhaps she would be better suited to a behind-the-scenes role where her mood isn't as visible to customers.
The coffee was ok and then I noticed something.
Slow everything at this store. 15 min plus ticket time for mobile order.
