There was too much ice, so the drink only held about 150ml. I asked the server named EM who put the ice in, but she refused to apologize and handled it with an arrogant attitude. I wish I hadn't tipped her. Honestly, during my trip to New York, her attitude was worse than the homeless people who approach you on the street demanding money.
Employees are welcoming, drinks are made to perfection and ample seating is available.
Good as all starbucks. Friendly staff. The only problem is the restroom… because it is “nonexistent” 🤣
Marcus was a delight! He makes an excellent chai tea!! He was very personable and attentive 😊
I was staying at a nearby hotel for a conference. This Starbucks was extremely quick, and the cashier was very friendly and personable. By the time I walked over to the waiting area, they were already calling my name to pick up my drink. I see lots of negative reviews, but maybe they’ve gotten new management or have been working on improving their customer service, because I had a very pleasant experience!
