This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks. The female staff member was extremely rude, ignored my order, and kept trying to push items I clearly did not want. It felt like she wasn’t interested in helping at all. What made it even worse was her laughing and joking with another employee while I was standing there waiting — completely unprofessional and disrespectful. 03/22/26 sunday they closed 8.56 pm but online it says they close 10 pm!!!
I came here at 9:06pm and they said we closed and in map it's showing closing time is 10pm
