Very disappointing experience. The staff member who served me was rude and dismissive. My hot drink ended up cold, and there was no apology or effort to make it right. I also asked if I could upgrade to a larger size and pay the difference, but she refused without offering any helpful explanation or alternative.

I guess girl working here seems like can’t perform properly seems like they been over worked or what shoot dayum boy their Service and attitude sucks. You be lucky if you get order right otherwise they be messing it up. Disgrace how i saw two customers were treated like they don’t give a shit.

poor service!!!! don't bother. they didnt make my drink even after I asked if they would. after waiting and watching three customers after me take their drinks. so i asked for my money back.

My fault for going to Starbucks in the first place. Both drinks were messed up one was fully caffeinated when requested 1/2. One hot and genuinely could not taste a bit of coffee. Awful customer service, my first experience in a situation where I was actually just completely ignored, all I asked was if this drink was on the same order of the previous, asked because it was hot when I ordered iced. I know there’s not another option but go to the gas station anywhere but this Starbucks horrible experience.
