Ordered a cappuccino for the road and the kid making it forgot to add the espresso. We walked out with a cup of steamed milk.
This Starbucks on the Eastbound side of the Penn Turnpike needs to include tips on the card reader, as most of us customers do not carry cash. The baristas need to be given a raise, as they deserve it with the amount of work and effort to make this location have a good reputation.
Can’t open the store on time… Thought Starbucks was better than this. 25mins after opening is pitiful for a company this size. Don’t know when exactly they opened I left after 25mins.
Consistently opening 20-40 minutes after their listed time of 6:00am. Incredibly irritating when you place online orders that can’t be cancelled or refunded.
Please give the girls a raise they look drained
