They are a mixed bag. I did have a decent experience on a few recent visits but staff friendliness was still lacking compared to other Starbucks locations. On the plus side, they made the drinks fast which I did appreciate.
The girl making the drinks was angry and hostile with us when we asked for straws.
This Starbucks is RACIST and UNSAFE for BLACK people! I was assaulted here in front of customers in the cafe and Anicka who was in charge, did absolutely nothing!!!!!! In fact, the two White women involved were able to exit the cafe without a word from her as she stood there chatting it up with another Barista hiding behind the counter instead.
