Store is typically good and prompt, but staff sometimes have lengthy conversations with customers and each other that delays people in line waiting to order. Hope they fix this. (Yes, I know I can order on the app, but the app doesn’t offer certain requests.)
The guy got my order wrong; I needed to reorder not even apologized.
Loved this location but I was taken back when I walked past and saw that it changed. The large community table with power that could fit 6 that was perhaps my favorite table in the city to get work done and now it’s gone. North and Wells is a hike to get to but is now the he superior Starbucks. Looks cozy but just not conducive to getting work done
