A wonderful gentleman with mustache and dark hair greeted all who entered with pure unadulterated joy in his spirit! The barista who took my order I think her name was Jackie - literally made my day with her bright spirit! Thank you to this crew such good vibes.
I ordered one damn chocolate chip cookie and becauae it was an in person order it took well over 10min to be available. Why couldnt i have been handed this when i ordered? Not to mention my drinkmorder took just as long.Then finally it turns out it was under the wrong name.. employees should really make sure they get the names.or customer corrdct.
See photos, I ordered two iced drinks today through door dash, just normal ice. One drink does not have any ice and my driver was quick so this falls under this stores inability to do a correct iced drink, by just putting ice in it. A couple weeks before this they forgot the straw and my drink needs it because there's bubbles at the bottom. JUST left the location about 15 minutes ago and I started crying as soon as I walked out. The guy making my drink was so so so incredibly rude 😭😭 I’ve worked food service & specifically in coffee shops so I KNOW how frustrating it can be and how hard that job truly is and how rude people can be so I completely get having your defenses up. But like DAMN!!!!! I really considered going back to say something but it was so sly and the kind of rude that can easily be explained away and brushed off if called out.
