She made my coffee twice second one was worse than the first and with an attitude….
Male employee at the counter wearing glasses and hat is very rude. Talks badly about the customers while you’re right in line and has terrible customer service when you finally get to the front with a nasty attitude. As someone who works in customer service as well, the bare minimum needed is to keep your mouth shut and do your job with out all the snark. :)
Waited 20 minutes for a grande matcha and this man thinks it’s okay to call the everyone in the lobby peasants and say “ let the peasants wait.” really???
