I visited this Starbucks location during the heatwave, when it was 102° outside, and the air conditioning inside wasn’t working. It was way hotter inside than it was outside. The employees were drenched in sweat, clearly struggling. Despite the unbearable heat, they remained friendly, helpful, and positive. They truly went above and beyond, and they deserve better working conditions. Management, please do better for your team. They make you wait forever while they just sit behind the counter and do nothing. Horrible service!!! Do not recommend!
