Everyone is so friendly but they keep on forgetting the cream cheese every time I get a bagel
They made my Macadamia Nut Mocha perfectly. Just wish they had indoor seating.
I completely understand that in a fast paced environment tones can get quickly out of hand. However, I witnessed several employees yelling derogatorily at one another and at customers. I wonder if management would consider investing in trainings on how to more effectively cope with workplace stress to better support employees and customers. This was a very jarring experience I hope to never repeat.

I was just trying to order my match iced latte and the girl roll her eyes at me when I trying to say my name for the order. She had multi color hair. I went on 02/02 at 7:40 am.
