They just don't cope.No matter how long the line is already. They will have only one girl making all the drinks and other 6 staffs just watching or saying hi to new customer. Go help the girl! I need my coffee not your hi, Pls.
In a city where there are hundreds of coffee shops, do yourself a favor and go to any other one. Not only will you not get what you ordered or paid for, but they will also kindly leave the trash IN your coffee....
This store has really taken a turn recently. All the ladies have been so rude and seem so agitated. Went in today and was waiting for 40 mins. Asked some girl with a black apron and glasses about my drink and she was so rude. Honestly not worth it. I’d rather go to the coffee shop by the opera house. At least they know how to make a cup of coffee. If you want service with an attitude, this is your place.
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered ahead and arrived about 90 minutes after the store opened, yet my drink hadn't even been started. In fact, every order, including mine, was still sitting in the "received" category. The staff appeared to be just opening the store and showed no sense of urgency. Ordering ahead was completely pointless and ended up being a waste of time. Very disappointing experience.
