Worked from here this morning and the place was great! Quiet to work, nice view and staff was friendly.
Similar issue as previous reviewer. I was basically just screamed at by the person working the mobile order area for trying to find my coffee. I’m a patient person, but she way out of line. Classic “soccer whistle”power issues.
Worst customer service ever across all coffee shops in Chicago and this is my very first bad review ever given across all social media. I placed the order when taking the elevator downstairs as typically the waiting time is around 5 minutes. A female staff member with long black hair and solid build. If you haven’t visited the mobile Starbucks at 227 W Monroe, you are missing out - bc KAREN is the absolute best. She has the most incredible memory… Karen will be calling you by your first name after your second order! It cheers me up every day to see her.
