Service is extremely slow
Love the vibe here. I've been two times during my NYC vacation and it reminded me a lot about my neighborhood back in Italy. All the East Village did that. This is a unique Starbucks experience, truly rooted in the heart of the place: like a local café with the benefits of the huge label. Plus, baristas are funny and kind, they love to share smiles. Definitely a great spot to enjoy the usual coffee and the disappearing human connection.
Ayana ALWAYS gives great customer service. I am always impressed by her hospitality because I definitely can’t say that about the other managers/ shift leads at this location.
Every time I ask for a cup of water I get asked if I baugh something... yeah dude im holding it
