Ordered a drink and didn’t get it till almost 15 minutes later because the worker was on her phone instead of making my drink, even people who were in line after me got their drink first. My friend who was in line behind me got her drink first. Had 3 workers behind the counter and none made my drink

I had ordered an iced matcha latte with 3 pumps of vanilla syrup and when I got it, and I smelt it it smelled like peppermint, I am allergic to peppermint and that's all I smelled when I got my matcha, I dont understand why they would even put peppermint into my drink when I didn't even order peppermint flavoring or syrup whatever they use to be in my matcha I will not be coming back to this location. They need to add an allergy list to the app so when they scan the barcode on your Starbucks app that it'll show your allergie... read more
