My wife ordered four espresso shots and asked for a cup of ice on the side. This Bautista put her hand on her hip, stared at my wife, and made faces at her coworkers like we were bothering her to get extra ice. We said thank you on the way out, and she didn’t even look at us. I know this is New York City, but what’s up with the attitude towards paying customers?
