This whole year the regular morning team has been so great, caring and fast and professional. One day, just once, I ask for easy ice, 3 times. Since by the time i can drink it its already watered down. And this is what they decide. Y'all know you put too much ice, in most drinks. C'mon.

I frequently visit the Starbucks location in Skokie, IL located at 5211 W Touhy Ave. This is not the first time that I’ve experienced poor customer service at this location, but this will be the last. I ordered my drink on the app and the app does not prompt you to add a cup size when you are doing shots of espresso with add ins. On a busy morning to work, it’s an honest mistake. When I got to the drive thru window, the employee asked me to next time add a cup size, with an attitude. But then I looked at my cup and saw this.... read more
