Warning! Rude barista in the house. After a coffee and a sandwich, i asked for the toilet code, and guess what, the barista went cold on me, spitting you have to buy something first. Hello, i was just sitting here for half an hour having bought something. Disgusting.
I will never return to this place. I do not recommend it. I ordered a hot drink and the wait was eternal. The employees spent the entire time talking among themselves and my wait seemed eternal. The place was practically empty. Those employees deserve to be fired for being irresponsible and neglecting customers. I hope that management keeps an eye on their employees and stops wasting time talking and does their job. Thank you.
I patiently await the day this Starbucks isn’t the worst one in New York City
