Slow!!!! Maybe they’re trying to train someone, maybe they’re short but I waited in the drive thru with the woman in front of me so if it was 15 minutes for me it had to be 20 for her. Anyway the coffee was excellent but they should have explained what was going on.
Service is unmatched, Leo helped me out since I went to the wrong store twice for my pick up. Amazing service and coffee!
Honestly it all depends who’s making the drinks. I come here once in a while because it’s a 50/50 I’ll be happy. Sometimes my venti is full to the top, and other times it’s an inch away from top with ice being the main course. It’s weird because I order the same thing every time . Venti Brown sugar oat milk iced espresso . The food you can’t complain because it’s prepackaged and just warmed up. Drive thru service is always fine, it’s just whoever makes the drinks is ruining the experience
