This is honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The service was extremely slow, the staff was rude, and the place was dirty. My drink was made wrong twice, and no one even apologized. Definitely not coming back here again!
Here, you can’t get a refill for an iced Americano — not even to another iced Americano or an iced coffee. She said at 15:30.
Very intimidating gave me looks and attitudes. I asked for a cup of ice water after my purchase and a guy staff gave me attitude and gossiped with other co-workers. Other employees seem to be fine.The worst starbucks I have ever been throughout my life. I won’t recommend this store to anyone I know.
