the coffee was made terribly, there was no milk and there were flies flying around where the pastries were, they can't write properly
There is no service whatsoever: I spilled hot coffee on myself, asked for a napkin, and was told to go across the entire restaurant (the napkins were right in front of me). I wanted to use the restroom, but was informed that it would be closing in five minutes. When it was my turn (I was last in line), I was told that the restroom was closed. I didn’t like this place at all. First there are flys in the pastry here Second, the coffee they give had a cap that wasn’t firmly closed. I spilled some on myself and I asked for the tissues. They didn’t provide the tissues, saying that I could walk and get some myself Third, there is no milk provided Fourth, I came with 9kids and non of them received the drinks with correct names Fifth, they closed the bathroom for the good 15min. Bought a drink with my wife and did a takeaway. Came back after 15 mins to get a cup of water and was told that I need to repurchase a drink to get a glass of water. When I told the server I had just bought something, she said “once you leave the store and come back, you’re considered a new patron and need to buy a new drink to get some water”. What a shame indeed!
I stop by this Starbucks every morning before work, and it’s always a great start to my day. The baristas are consistently friendly and even greet regulars by name, which adds a personal touch. My coffee is always fresh and made just right. As any true coffee drinker knows, a well-made cup can make or break your morning — if you know, you know! I also appreciate how accommodating the staff is if something isn’t quite right. I genuinely love coming here and always leave with a smile (and great coffee in hand).
