I came through the drive thru today around 11:00am. The person who was speaking from the intercom had such a rude attitude. I was really excited to grab my drink but the experience from her customer service was so rude. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she needs to set that apart from her work.
This Sbux is incredible, its team is highly competent and really cares. Parking: highly recommend the drive through as parking is not only limited but contentious; I once had a man appear irate to the point of potential retaliation due to my place in the drive through line being behind his vehicle (though there was no sign of him leaving when I’d gotten to that spot in line)—however, the drive through is epic, very fast & very accurate.
