I ordered a chai but it somehow took longer than a latte and almost made me miss my train. I saw a girl go up to the counter to ask for some ice. The barista told her she has to make a purchase to get the ice. She told him she was very sick and he shrugged his shoulders. How cheap can you be!? Thankfully the Dunkin next door gave her a big cup of ice with no problems. DO BETTER STARBUCKS!!!!
