No customers were waiting other than myself, paid for a 20oz coffee, and everything bagel with cream cheese. 7 individuals on the clock behind the counter ,Ten minutes go by and no bagel, management reaction; Oh I don’t know what happened!!! What kind of business are you running if there’s no customers, and a bagel can’t be expedited!! Bye, bye breakfast !!! Thanks for your version of great service is having a customer stand for ten minutes and no one wonders the reason still waiting.
If you’re rushing for a train, bite the bullet and go to the Dunkin’ Donuts next door—this Starbucks is flat-out incompetent. We ordered at 12:18 for a train leaving at 12:35, and what should’ve taken 5 minutes dragged into 15. Bagel had no cream cheese, grilled cheese was cold, Açaí Lemonade was watery with old strawberries, and the Chai Latte came plain instead of with vanilla cold foam. I don’t usually leave reviews but today Starbucks seriously made my day! The service was awesome and both baristas were so friendly and helpful! It was absolutely the best part of my day :)
