Absolutely the best Starbucks in Manhattan (Hanover Square). I live in the building above it & go there most days. The staff is amazing. It's a real neighborhood place, they know your name, your drink & always take the time to say hi. Drinks & food are always good, orders are correct & fast. All businesses should strive for this level of customer service.
