The Starbucks employee was nice but the rest were ignorant and took 20 min for 1 coffee with only 5 people in the Starbucks

what you asked for at the cash register and what you get are two different things. And not me correctly brought it to the barista‘s attention and all they did was point at the label and that was it. It was supposed to be a Vente brown sugar, oat milk, chicken, espresso, like ice they gave me a grande normal
