I went to Starbucks every day for over 10 years before working nearby this location. After so many poor experiences I kicked the habit except once a month or so for an iced tea. From my view they are simply understaffed at all times. The wait times are extreme. The energy is terrible and I don’t blame them because all day impatient people are giving them grief. Staffing goes down, pricing goes up. A real case study in late stage capitalism.
I made my order online and came to pick it up in 20 minutes. The sandwich was there but my mocha was not. So I let the staff know and she said they were still working on it. So I decided to wait considering they were a bit busy. 45 minutes pass and still no drink so I let staff know. I showed Elisabeth my app and they kept saying they would work on it. Avoid on Sundays, not busy at all and three people working and somehow still very very very slow service
