I just ordered a triple espresso - no joke smells like a dirty diaper. When I got to my office I was wondering what smelled so bad - it was this dumpster fire.
Where can I find the name and contact information of this store manager? This location is quite possibly the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever visited. The service is already slow but the rude employees make it even worse. I had to cancel my order and walk away this morning due to your rude employee on the register. The worst Starbucks I have been to; it took 20 minutes for an ice coffee order and I had to keep asking for my order; finally with attitude, the barista gave my order. There were 10 employees milling round but seemed like only one barista (only 1 person that knew everything). Never going back
When I ordered a grande regular coffee there was none left. They offered me Americana and I asked if I have the same size for the same price as regular. Yes, no problem, I was told. I saw the barista dump hot water in my coffee and gave me regular milk instead of half and half like I asked. The most expensive cup of hot water I ever had. Very disrespectful to me and disrespectful to the brand, that barista ought to be fired. I will never go back again. Switching brands.
The baristas here were wonderful! Cheerful and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make my experience perfect. Wish I had gotten names, but I ordered my iced green tea, no water, extra ice, about 6:45pm, today, 6/23. The girl who took my order had personality plus, and a big beautiful smile. I'll definitely stop in each time I travel through Chicago!
